Join us for the Neuroblastoma 5k Run and Walk.

Please consider supporting this cause so that children fighting Neuroblastoma at Cook Children’s can have a chance to get the best treatment available close to home.

Inspired by community support, we are gearing up for the 5th Annual Neuroblastoma 5K Run and Walk, on March 31, 2012 at the Acme Brick Headquarters. Alexa and her committee are very busy working on plans to make the fifth year even better. In addition to the Walk, Curly's Frozen Custard, face painting and other kid friendly activities, we have added a certified 5K run to the event and secured Edwards Ranch Road for our race venue. (Edwards Ranch Road is due north of Acme Brick.) For all of you competitors out there, the 5K run will be chip-timed and prizes will be awarded by sex and age groups. So we want all of you runners to come out and join us. We will have two course- one for the walkers and one for the runners. Also, Jon Bonnell, owner of Bonnell's Restaurant, is going to provide hamburgers , hot dogs and other goodies. We need your help to make this year’s walk the best ever. Through the community’s generous gifts and participation over the last four years this event has raised a staggering total of over $224,000!

Let's make this year an even better year.
